Deliveries are free. All deliveries are insured and handled via an international courier. ReWi – Rent Your Wish will ensure that all items are received on the first day of the rental period.,
Shipment details:

The courier will make sure that the bag arrives on the selected date at check-out. You will receive an SMS and / or a confirmation email the day Rewi’s package is sent;

As a “Renter” you must verify that ReWi’s packaging, the return label and the dust protection bag and of course the bag are safely kept ready for return at the end of the rental period;

Returns are scheduled on the last day of the rental period. You will find the return label inside the original packaging. The day before the end of the rental period, you will receive an email with all the details for the return (times, pick-up address confirmation, etc.). The courier will be in charge of the collection by ReWi.
- If it will not be possible to return ReWi’s bag on the last day of the rental period due to unforeseen circumstances, you must make sure to immediately send us an e-mail no later than 24h before the date of collection at info@rentyourwish.com. If you omit to do so, you will be charged of an additional fee (see Terms and Conditions) due to the delay in returning the bag and consequently to the impact on the following customers booking.
